3. Customer Supplied Equipment
Customers are responsible for ensuring any supplied equipment is:
- Safe to operate
- Properly maintained
- Suitable for the intended task
- Compliant with applicable safety standards
Airlandscaper reserves the right to refuse use of unsafe or unsuitable equipment.
4. Property Access & Safety
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property. Airlandscaper may refuse or stop work where conditions are considered unsafe, including:
- Aggressive animals
- Unsafe terrain
- Hazardous materials
- Electrical hazards
- Severe weather conditions
5. Damage & Liability
While reasonable care is taken during all work, Airlandscaper shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing property damage
- Underground services not disclosed by the customer
- Damage caused by hidden obstacles or debris
- Minor surface marks or wear associated with normal maintenance work
- Delays caused by weather, access restrictions or supplier delays
Customers are responsible for notifying Airlandscaper of any hidden hazards, irrigation systems, cables, pipes or fragile surfaces before work begins.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Airlandscaper reserves the right to charge reasonable late payment fees on overdue accounts where permitted by law.
7. Cancellations
Reasonable notice is appreciated for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Airlandscaper reserves the right to charge for lost time or hired equipment where cancellations occur at short notice.

Airlandscaper may collect basic customer information including:
